Newborn Session
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book?
Complete the contact form, let me know if you have a date in mind and i’ll see what I can do. I’ll be back in touch with you within 24 hours to get organising your session.
A deposit is the only payment required at the time of booking to secure a slot. The remainder of your sesson fee is payable 1 week before your session. Upgrades can be purchased after you have viewed your online gallery and you decide the investment you would like to make. See Investment for further info.
How do I pay?
It’s all online. You will have a client portal to pay your deposit and session fee, then upgrades are purchased directly in the gallery.
Do you offer posed newborn?
I do not pose newborns in the traditional way. I prefer to capture the natural connection between baby, parents and siblings at home.
Will my photos be used on your website or social media?
Upon signing your contract, Hannah Legg Photography holds the right to share images for the use of advertising, websites, social media, leaflets, posters or by any other means in print and online. Lots of clients love a sneak peek before receiving their gallery, however if you wish for your photos to remain private, please let me know before your session and this will of course be respected.
What should we wear to our session?
Great question, and a common one. A full styling guide is sent when your session is booked in. You can also send me photos of your planned outfits if you need help. I have a few dresses for Mums in my client closet if you’re interested in borrowing one. Go check out this blog post in the meantime.
Can I order prints?
Absolutely! Prints are available to order in your online gallery!
Can we involve our dog?
Yes and yes! I am a massive dog lover so I welcome your well behaved poochies to your shoot. If you plan on involving them along just let me know in your questionnaire.
What if my kids play up?
PLEASE and I can’t stress this enough. It’s fine. Kids are kids and they will be too busy playing and having fun anyway. I set my expectations low - especially with the younger toddler ages!
