How to prepare for an outdoor family photography session?
2. Be well fed and rested.
Little ones can get really crabby when they are hungry (at least mine does anyway), so make sure all the tummies are full before we start. Bring along some “clean snacks” so that if the little ones (or big ones) get hungry during the session, we can take a small break and feed them.
5. Leave plenty of time to get there
I know what it’s like, your just about to leave the house and then, BAM…a nappy is filled (why do they always wait until you are about to step foot out of the door?).
Just leave a little extra time for things that could slow you down… traffic… pit stops…
6. Plan your outfits in advance (see my previous blog post on what to wear)
Make sure you have prepared your outfits in advance so there are no surprises on the the day.
